Materials
I have used the Haver Hills, Bells, Baskets and Fans stamp.
White or Cream card
Versamark inkpad
Embossing powders
Sakura pens
Glitter
H2O paints
Double Sided Tape
 |
|
Fan Card
I stamped and heat embossed 5 sections of the Haver Hills stamp.
|
 |
|
Next
Cutting one tab off each of the sections - the same one off each and stuck them together with a good double sided tape.
Coloured in the parts I required using Sakura Gel Pens and added small gemstones. I decided to make this with an oriental feel.
I had some wooden kebab sticks at home so I cut them down and glued them onto the back of each of the fan blades. I added marubu black feathers behind the fan and mounted onto a mat of gold mirri card. Also added an oriental coin and ribbon to the top left hand corner.

Large Basket
For this I used six sections of the stamp, again stamped in versamark and heat embossed. Stuck them together as with the card. I left the bottom tab on the bottom and cut along the shape at the top.

 |
|
assembly
After colouring in the required parts, join them together to form a circle. Remember to score along the seam where the tab is on the sides and the bottom tab. I glued the base tabs together with PVA,
I have put potpourri in this one

Small basket with handle
This is made exactly the same as the large basket but only using 4 panels.
Ideal for giving small gifts or wedding favours. I have put some of my hand made soap in this one

|
Gift box
These are a nice different shape for small gifts. It is achieved by doing 4 sections attaching them together 'top-to'toe'

|
assembly and decoration
You will see from the above picture I have again heat embossed the design and brayered the white card with a rainbow ink pad. I have also added glitter to some parts of the design and coloured others. Secure the bottom of the box, for the top I made small holes and threaded ribbon through and tied in a bow.

Wedding Favour Box
This is done exactly the same as above but I used cream card with gold embossing. I coloured parts of the design in with Pearl Crystal Lacquers and iridescent glitter glue. I tied the ribbon around the box to finish it off
