Music Card

I have made this card using gold perlescent card to A5 size.

A piece of vintage looking backing paper has been stuck onto the card about two thirds of the way across. The main embellishment has been made with 2 strips of plain white vellum and another piece of vintage looking paper. They have been cut in reducing widths with the vellum on the bottom, paper then the second piece of vellum on top. The top part of each uses a cocktail stick with a piece of double sided tape wrapped around it and the vellum and paper rolled around. The 3 pieces were layered on top of each other to give the appearance of a scroll. The Kanban topper has been placed in the centre of the card.

A piece of chocolate rick-rack ribbon stuck down the left hand side and the word Music has been cut using the Cricut the same as the football card.

Classical Card

For this one I have used a cream Pearlescent card C5 size. I have cut the front of the card in half length ways. I have used some music printed vellum and attached this behind the front of the card and cut it to C5 size. Then I have torn a piece of the same vellum and attached to the front of the card.

I have chosen four of the toppers which show classical instruments and placed them on foam tape down the centre of the card. The word classical has been cut using the Cricut as previously and chocolate rick-rack ribbon stuck down the left hand side of the card.

Rock 'n Roll

For this card I have used a CD. Covered the front of the CD with music printed papers. The Record topper has simply been attached using a brad going through the base card. This allows the CD to be turned.

The words 'Rock 'n Roll' have been added using peel-off letters coloured brown with permanent pens.

Gold border peel-off around the edge of the CD and musical notes etc. added to the base card.
